The upper and lower limits for alerts in AlertWatch:OR are configured during installation, with your hospital’s administration team. If you are authorized to have these limits (or the alert levels) changed, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. An AlertWatch administrator will work with you to ensure your changes are made in your hospital’s installation.
Each setting, such as when and how an alert appears, can be customized for a hospital. Individual clinicians are not permitted to make these changes, however, to ensure consistency across an institution.
Gray indicates that no vitals are being captured. This is most likely due to the monitor capturing service that’s part of AlertWatch:OR needs to be restarted. Contact your local IT support team to restart the Live Collector (or IIS). Your local IT support group is your first line of defense for issues like this, as they manage the servers on a day-to-day basis.
Sometimes a site will renumber or rearrange rooms and want those changes to be reflected in AlertWatch:OR. Please contact us at email@example.com with the details of your OR rooms and we will adjust the list of ORs for your site.

The colors shown for buttons and organs in AlertWatch:OR are configured during installation, with your hospital’s administration team. When you’re signed into a case in AlertWatch:OR, you can click the email envelope from the Case Information screen for a patient, and enter a detailed question or note about the case (or a question not related to the case). The comments you enter are sent to AlertWatch, Inc. for review. A support representative will contact you shortly about the issue.

AlertWatch:ICU is a secondary patient monitor and support system for both bedside use in the ICU as well as for nursing managers, intensivists, and physicians in the ICU who manage multiple patients. Based on the core AlertWatch engine used in our AlertWatch:OR product, the ICU product provides additional functionality, such as data trends over time, SOFA and SIRS scores, etc. as well as alerts appropriate for the ICU and nursing reminders.
